How we handle your information.
What we collect
When you pre-register, we ask for your first name, last name, email, and phone number — plus an optional message. We also automatically capture the IP address and browser of the device used to submit, for security and abuse detection.
What we use it for
Strictly to register your interest, send you the confirmation email, and reach out when applications open. We will not share your details with third parties, and we will not contact you about anything other than this housing program.
Who owns it
Your information belongs to the community. Délı̨nę Got'ı̨nę Government owns and controls this data in alignment with OCAP® principles (Ownership, Control, Access, Possession). Phi Intelligence Inc. operates the technical platform on DGG's behalf and has no independent authority over your records.
Where it lives
All records are stored in Canadian-resident infrastructure (AWS, Montreal — ca-central-1). Data never leaves Canada.
Withdrawing or correcting your record
You can ask us to remove or correct your information at any time. Email housing@delinegotine.com and we'll handle it within five business days.
